a very simple but delicious way to prepare AND ENJOY cauliflower. we ate all that i prepared and they wanted more !!!

What a wonderful way to get your kids to eat it! Think it may be a little too sweet for adult tastes, or just right for those that don't like cauliflower! Thnx for posting, Bearsbaby03. Made for Spring 2009 PAC.
- 1 head cauliflower (washed and chopped into pieces)
- 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- boil salted water in a large stockpot. When water is boiling add the washed, cored, head of cauliflower to boiling water. let boil til cauliflower is tender. Turn to low and simmer . Drain and reserve head of cauliflower pieces. return to pan and add stick of margarine or butter, salt and pepper. Add brown sugar and minced garlic . Stir until brown sugar is well incorporated and coated on the cauliflower. Serve and enjoy !
