Catfish Jezebel

"I love catfish and it's really good combined with this marmalade mixture. I've also fried the catfish instead of cooking it in the oven. From Southern Living February 2007."

• 59.14 ml orange marmalade
• 59.14 ml ketchup
• 14.79 ml horseradish sauce
• 4.92 ml spicy brown mustard
• 14.79 ml creole seasoning
• 4 (680.38 g) catfish fillets

directions

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. Combine the marmalade, ketchup, horseradish sauce, and mustard in a small bowl; set aside.
3. Sprinkle the Creole seasoning evenly over the filets.
4. Place the fish in a foil lined dish (I placed it on a rack in the pan instead).
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. Serve with the spiced marmalade.
