- 453.59 g package rotini pasta
- 946.36 ml cubed cooked chicken
- 566.99 g can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 354.88 ml sliced celery
- 177.44 ml thinly sliced green onion
- 236.59 ml red seedless grapes
- 236.59 ml green seedless grape
- 170.09 g package dried cranberries
- 295.73 ml ranch salad dressing
- 236.59 ml mayonnaise
- 473.18 ml salted cashews
- 29.58 ml dried tarragon
directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the chicken, pineapple, celery, onions, grapes and cranberries.
- Drain pasta and rinse in cold water; stir into chicken mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk the ranch dressing and mayonnaise.
- Pour over salad and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Just before serving, stir in cashews.
