- 453.59 g rotini pasta
- 473.18-946.36 ml cubed cooked chicken
- 566.99 g pineapple tidbits, drained
- 354.88 ml celery, sliced
- 177.44 ml green onion, thinly sliced
- 236.59 ml red grapes
- 236.59 ml green grape
- 170.09 g dried cranberries
- 236.59 ml ranch salad dressing (can use low cal)
- 177.44 ml mayonnaise (can use low cal)
- 473.18 ml salted cashews
directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile in large bowl, combine chicken, pineapple, celery, onions, grapes and cranberries.
- Drain pasta and rinse in cold water; stir into chicken mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk ranch dressing and mayo.
- Pour over salad and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Just before serving, stir in cashews.

I knew I'd find someone would have submitted this recipe to "zaar"; had it yesterday at a luncheon and it was wonderful! Everyone asked for the recipe and I offered to forward to all.
