Tasty little snack/salad!
- 4 carrots, shredded
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and shredded
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄4 cup blanched slivered almond
- salt and pepper
- In a bowl, combine the carrots, apple, lemon juice, honey, almonds, salt and pepper.
- Toss and chill before serving.
Very easy to make and good to have on hand as a snack. I am glad I found this recipe.
