- 414.03 ml whole wheat flour
- 63.78 g yellow cornmeal
- 7.39 ml baking powder
- 7.39 ml baking soda
- 4.92 ml allspice
- 4.92 ml cinnamon
- 2.46 ml nutmeg
- 1.23 ml clove
- 1.23 ml salt
- 473.18 ml shredded carrots
- 295.73 ml water
- 177.44 ml golden raisin
- 118.29 ml honey
- 29.58 ml vegetable oil
- 4.92 ml vanilla
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine all ingredients given, in order, in large bowl.
- Pour batter into two 9-inch layer pans or one 9x13 inch pan.
- Bake until center tests done, approximately 25 minutes for layers and 30 to 35 minutes for 9x13 inch.
