- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups onions, sliced
- 10 ounces swiss chard
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons sherry wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Add olive oil to hot skillet. Add onion and dash baking soda. Cook 10 min minutes or until soft and browned.
- Add chard and water to pan. Cook until chard wilts.
- Stir in sherry vinegar and pepper.
