  • 340.19 g wedge brie cheese (remove outer layer)
  • 170.09-226.79 g caramel sauce, in the ice cream supply area of supermarket (I use smucker's)
  • 236.59 ml pecans, chopped


  1. trim brie cheese of the outer layer.
  2. Place on plate. Pour caramel sauce over top.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  4. (Note: quantities are approximate -- this is foolproof -- pour/drizzle sauce and pecans on to your like)
  5. Serve room temperature with crackers,apple slices or anything you like.
