Very yummy frozen cocktail.
- 1 ounce Creme de Cacao
- 1 ounce caramel liqueur
- 5 ounces vanilla ice cream
- whipped cream
- chopped nuts
- Combine crème de cacao, caramel liqueur, and vanilla ice-cream in an electric blender.
- Blend at a low speed for a short length of time.
- Pour into a champagne flute, garnish with whipped cream and chopped nuts, and serve.
MMMy oh my oh my! This was a great ending to a toasty day! Perfect blend of flavors for this caramel lover. I used butterscotch schnapps for the caramel liqueur and put chocolate shavings on the top instead of chopped nuts. This was awesome! Thanks!
