- 19.71 ml instant coffee granules
- 14.79 ml boiling water
- 354.88 ml milk
- 42.52 g package instant chocolate pudding mix (fudge)
- 2.46 ml ground cinnamon
- 236.59 ml whipped topping
- whipped topping, additional (optional)
- chocolate wafer crumbs (optional)
directions
- Dissolve coffee in water; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine milk, pudding mix and cinnamon.
- Beat on low speed for 2 minutes.
- Stir in coffee.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spoon into serving dishes.
- Garnish with whipped topping and wafer crumbs if desired.
- Yield: 4 servings.

Wow and wow! I LOVE this. I just added the dry instant coffee to the dry pudding mix with the cinnamon and whisked it with the milk as usual and it dissolved perfectly. Sorry I didn't get a pic but I made this at 10 pm last night and DH and I ended up wiping it out at once. I used fat free/sugar free pudding and skim milk with a small bit of Cool Whip light and no cookies. It's Won-er-ful!
