  • Dissolve coffee in water; set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine milk, pudding mix and cinnamon.
  • Beat on low speed for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in coffee.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Spoon into serving dishes.
  • Garnish with whipped topping and wafer crumbs if desired.
  • Yield: 4 servings.

  1. This is rich and creamy and tasty. I did as a previous poster suggested and just added the dry coffee to the pudding mix instead of disolving it first. Works fine. DS has already requested that I make this again, and we still have half of it left.
     
  2. Wow and wow! I LOVE this. I just added the dry instant coffee to the dry pudding mix with the cinnamon and whisked it with the milk as usual and it dissolved perfectly. Sorry I didn't get a pic but I made this at 10 pm last night and DH and I ended up wiping it out at once. I used fat free/sugar free pudding and skim milk with a small bit of Cool Whip light and no cookies. It's Won-er-ful!
