  • Cut carrots in half lengthwise.
  • add water and salt in a saucepan.
  • Add carrots, cover pan, and cook until tender.
  • In separate frying pan, add butter, sugar, and das of salt. (will turn into a syrup).
  • Slide in carrots and turn few times. Let cook about 5 minutes.
