- 4 carrots
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
directions
- Cut carrots in half lengthwise.
- add water and salt in a saucepan.
- Add carrots, cover pan, and cook until tender.
- In separate frying pan, add butter, sugar, and das of salt. (will turn into a syrup).
- Slide in carrots and turn few times. Let cook about 5 minutes.
