Camembert Cheese in Cheese Pastry

"This is a tasty addition to a dairy meal. I found the recipe on the Israeli Tnuva website. I adapted for Passover by using a mixture of matza meal and potato flour instead of regular flour. It disappeared in seconds :-) (The 2,5 hours preparation time includes 2 hours chilling in the fridge)"

I am nor's elder daughter. I live in Raanana. I work two jobs, one outside the home as secretary at a VC fund, and one from home as assistant to a book publisher. I have two teenage daughters. I enjoy cooking but get frustrated searching for food that suits the whole family - I'm on a diet, one daughter is vegetarian, the other is lactose intolerant and sensitive to a variety of foods (white flour products, white rice, salmon....) my husband is fine with most food but doesn't understand why we 3 girls like broccoli and brussel sprouts!!! :-), 3 of us prefer dairy food and we have a more-or-less kosher home... and I'm meant to be getting ready for work.... what am I doing here??@@$$!!
