- 13 ounces coconut milk (not light)
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
directions
- Pour all into a saucepan and stir well.
- Heat over low flame until thickened, about 5-8 minutes.

This was very nice over some sliced canned peaches. Sorry, I didn't have any coconut milk in the house that wasn't light, so my sauce might've been a bit thinner than intended, but it was still yummy nonetheless. This isn't too sweet, so it's perfect with super-sweet fruits. I liked how the bit of salt made it more complex, too. Thanks for posting! Made for The Hot Pink Panthers for ZWT9
