  1. Cut up any large tomatoes.
  2. In a large saucepan combine the tomatoes, water, seasoning pkt from noodles, sausage, and green peppers.
  3. Over high heat, bring to boiling.
  4. Break noodles into quarters and add to saucepan.
  5. Return to boiling; cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Ladle into bowls and top with cheese.
  7. Serve warm with tortillas and green salad for a quick dinner.
