You may also prepare this using ranch dressing. From Kraft.
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, torn
- 6 ounces turkey breast, shaved and cut into strips
- 1⁄4 cup roasted red pepper, strips drained
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1⁄4 cup caesar salad dressing
- 4 pita breads, warmed, cut in half
- Toss lettuce with turkey, peppers, cheese and dressing.
- Spoon into pitas.
