Butterscotch Eggnog Latte

I have 4 chooks who lay me lovely fresh eggs so I often make Eggnog when I have some to use up, as it's the only way I can get little miss DD to eats eggs. A flash of inspiration this morning saw this creation born.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 cup freshly brewed espresso
  • 2 teaspoons butterscotch chips (or syrup if you have it)
  • 12 cup eggnog, steamed
  • 12 cup milk, steamed

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mug & mix until butterscotch chips have melted & all is combined.
  2. Enjoy!
