• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄2 cup applesauce
• 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

directions

1. Combine ingredients and cook on hot griddle.

My family loves the taste of both applesauce pancakes & buttermilk pancakes, so combining the two is a sure-fire winner. I even quadrupled the recipe with great results and refrigerated the rest for later (only "later" didn't last too long!) Thanks for a recipe that gives my family the best of both breakfast worlds!
