Butterflied Curry Turkey Tenderloins

You can use the marinade as a marinade or a glaze for the BBQ, either way is delicious. My babies have loved this recipe since before they could walk. --Use the curry according to your own tastes. You can make it more or less spicy--"

• Yields: 4 tenderloins
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 lb turkey (boneless, skinless breast is best)
• 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
• 3 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
• 2 teaspoons curry powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon grated lime rind
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

directions

1. Butterfly turkey tenderloins lengthwise. Gently flatten between two pieces of wax paper.
2. Combine other ingredients in a Ziploc bag and marinade turkey for 1-2 hours or more, depending on your time-frame, -OR- use the marinade as a glaze for the turkey while you are BBQ'ing them.
3. Grill on your BBQ, cooking each side for 5-10 minutes.
