A side dish for almost every meal! It's simple, easy and fast to cook.
- 15 ounces whole kernel corn
- 1 medium carrot, cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- ground pepper
- In a frying pan, melt butter in medium heat.
- Add the carrot cubes and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add onion, corn, salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
