- 10 small frozen burritos (your favorite flavor)
- 29.58 ml butter
- 44.37 ml flour
- 414.03 ml water
- 226.79 g can tomato sauce
- 7.39 ml chili powder
- 4.92 ml beef bouillon granules
- 2.46 ml garlic powder
- 1.23 ml arbol chile, powder (optional)
- 3.69 ml cumin
- 2.46 ml salt
- 473.18 ml shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 113.39 g can sliced olives
- 78.78 ml sliced green onion
directions
- Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in flour until smooth, then gradually add water. Bring to a boil; cook until thickened. Add tomato sauce, chili powder(s), garlic powder, bouillon, cumin, and salt. Simmer about 5 minutes more.
- Place frozen burritos in a lightly greased 13x9 pan. Pour sauce over burritos. Top with cheese, olives and green onions.
- Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
