- 2 tablespoons sour dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle, finely chopped
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon cognac
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Keeps several days if stored tightly covered.
