People are always asking me how I can enjoy Brussels sprouts when I don't care for cooked cabbage, & I don't really know the answer to that, except that I do! Like Brussels sprouts, that is!   1. slice trunk off brussels sprouts and cut in half length wise.
  2. chop yellow onions.
  3. heat olive oil in pan.
  4. add brussel sprouts, onions, garlic, sea salt and pepper.
  5. sautee for approximately 10 minutes or until to desired tenderness.
  6. enjoy.
