Super-easy cookies---only 2 ingredients!

  • 1 (16 1/2 ounce) package refrigerated brownie bar dough (the kind that comes in a roll)
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats


  1. Heat oven to 350°F
  2. Grease 2 cookie sheets.
  3. In large bowl, stir brownie batter and oats until well blended.
  4. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets.
  5. Bake 9-12 minutes or until edges are set (centers will be soft). Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 10 minutes.
  6. Store tightly covered.

I also added toffee bits to batter, just to use them up, but they came out well.
