Super-easy cookies---only 2 ingredients!
- 1 (16 1/2 ounce) package refrigerated brownie bar dough (the kind that comes in a roll)
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- Heat oven to 350°F
- Grease 2 cookie sheets.
- In large bowl, stir brownie batter and oats until well blended.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets.
- Bake 9-12 minutes or until edges are set (centers will be soft). Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 10 minutes.
- Store tightly covered.
I also added toffee bits to batter, just to use them up, but they came out well.
