  • Prepare vegetables.
  • Mix all vegetables, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Spread mix on baking tray.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Heat oven to 230°C.
  • Cook pasta al dente.
  • While pasta is cooking, bake the vegetables in oven for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Drain pasta, serve on plates.
  • Serve vegetable bake on top.
