Broccoli With Sour Cream Sauce

- 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 drops Worcestershire sauce
- paprika
directions
- Steam broccoli.
- Meanwhile, make sauce by combining remaining ingredients in the top of a double boiler and cooking over hot water just until warm.
- To serve, drizzle sauce over steamed broccoli and sprinkle with paprika.
