This is a very easy kugel to make and it delicious to boot. Never have I enjoyed broccoli in my life, but I can't stop eating this kugel! My kids love it too!
- 800 g frozen broccoli
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons mushroom flavored soup mix
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Boil the broccoli in slightly salted water until soft - approximately 10 minutes. Drain the broccoli.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the broccoli, preferably adding the eggs last. Mix after you add each ingredient.
- Pour into a 33x26cm pan.
- Bake for 15-25 minutes, until golden brown at 180 C/375°F.
