- 118.29 ml finely diced onion
- 118.29 ml finely diced celery
- 118.29 ml grated carrot
- 59.14 ml flour
- 22.18 ml cornstarch
- 946.0 ml chicken stock
- 946.0 ml milk
- 680.38 g cubed American cheese
- 29.58 ml dried parsley flakes
- 0.25 ml red cayenne pepper
- 283.49 g frozen broccoli (thawed)
directions
- Saute vegetables until tender.
- Add flour, stir until foamy.
- Add chicken stock and milk. Stir. Add cornstarch, cubed cheese, parsley and pepper.
- Heat through.
- Add thawed broccoli.
- Heat through and serve.
