- 283.49 g package frozen chopped broccoli
- 56.69 g angel hair pasta, broken into small pieces
- 59.14 ml butter
- 14.79 ml all-purpose flour
- 236.59 ml water
- 177.44 ml milk
- 0.61 ml pepper
- 170.09 g Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 118.29 ml sour cream
directions
- Cook broccoli and pasta according to package directions, drain.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter' stir in flour until smooth.
- Gradually stir in water, milk and pepper until blended
- Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
- Reduce heat, stir in cheese until melted.
- Stif in the broccoli, pasta, and sour cream.
- Heat through, do not boil.
