I love this drink! I have it everyday for breakfast - a great way to get your calcium and fruit for the day!
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
- 1⁄2-1 banana (depending on how thick you want your smoothie)
- 4 fresh strawberries
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
I'm drinking this right now as I type. It is very good. I used a frozen banana and no ice cubes. I also didn't have any strawberries to add but still good. I will be making this again. Thanks.
