- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1⁄2 cup frozen mango, cubes
- 1⁄2 small banana
- 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
- Put yogurt, fresh peeled ginger root, splenda and fruit into blender. Puree up and enjoy for breakfast treat!
