- 2 -3 ripe bananas
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
- 1⁄2 orange, juice of
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- cinnamon, to taste
- nutmeg, to taste
- Soak raisins in 1/2 cup boiling water till puffy and soft.
- Mash bananas in large bowl, then add remaining ingredients. Mash all together or puree in blender.
- Serve over pancakes, waffles or french toast in place of syrup.
