Challah is a very light and wonderful tasting bread the dough is somewhat =moist, and you should only add enough flour to prevent sticking, either while the machine is kneading or after the dough has been removed.

  1. Remove dough from machine and divide int 3 pieces; role each piece into a rope about 14in.
  2. long and braid on a greased baking sheet. cover and let rise for about an 45 min .brush top with egg glaze and sprinkle with poppy seeds ,if you wish, Bake in preheated oven at 350.
  3. for 45 minute.
