Very good greek appetizer--a little spicy but always good!
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 red peppers
- fresh tomato
- oregano, to taste
- pita bread, wedges
- Roast red peppers and tomato slices in lemon juice at 140 degrees in the oven until soft.
- Broil feta cheese in broiler at 140 also until a little color shows.
- Mix ingredient together and create a creamy mixture.
- Season with oregano as desired.
