Once again from a Sunday Ad coupon clipping...this'll be great for the Thanksgiving leftovers!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 cups mixed salad greens (wtih baby spinach)
  • 12 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 14 lbs roasted turkey, pulled into strips (or rotisserie chicken)
  • 12 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup crouton
  • 34 cup blue cheese dressing

Directions

  1. Divide greens and spinach between 4 plates.
  2. Top with shredded carrots, turkey,cranberries and croutons.
  3. Spoon blue cheese dressing over salads.
