Once again from a Sunday Ad coupon clipping...this'll be great for the Thanksgiving leftovers!
- 8 cups mixed salad greens (wtih baby spinach)
- 1⁄2 cup shredded carrot
- 1 1⁄4 lbs roasted turkey, pulled into strips (or rotisserie chicken)
- 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup crouton
- 3⁄4 cup blue cheese dressing
- Divide greens and spinach between 4 plates.
- Top with shredded carrots, turkey,cranberries and croutons.
- Spoon blue cheese dressing over salads.
