- 1⁄2 - 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1⁄4 cup buttermilk or 1/4 cup kefir
- 3⁄4 cup Greek yogurt, plain full fat
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 -2 garlic clove, minced (optional)
- salt and pepper, to taste
directions
- Place all ingredients except blue cheese in bowl and mix well.
- Stir in blue cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Use as needed. Keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
