I was really looking forward to making this salad. It has all the good stuff- blue cheese, bacon, green onions, etc. It definitely needs to sit so the flavors meld. The salad had a good flavor but I would cut down on the blue cheese next time.

  1. In a vegetable steamer, steam potatoes for 8 to 12 minutes, depending on size. Test to make sure they are "just" done.
  2. Cool potatoes to touch, quarter them and place in a large glass bowl.
  3. Add the wine, chicken broth, parsley and green onions.
  4. Toss mixture gently!
  5. Let Cool.
  6. Add Blue Cheese crumbles and Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing, toss gently!
  7. Cover and chill overnight.
  8. Before serving transfer to a salad bowl, sprinkle with crumbled bacon and serve.
