- 2 tablespoons arrowroot
- 1⁄2 pint milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons milk, extra
directions
- Moisten arrowroot with the 2 tablespoons of cold milk and stir until smooth.
- Bring remainder of milk to the boil and add the arrowroot paste.
- Stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Sweeten with sugar and flavour with vanilla.
