ingredients
- 1 cup blackberry (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tangerine, peeled, seeded, quartered
- 1 cup carrot, chopped
- 1 small apple, cored & quartered
- 3 -4 cups water, ice cold
directions
- Place all ingredients in blender bowl & blend on high until completely blended.
- Pour into.

Syd I really enjoyed this as my "post-workout" refreshment ~ I juiced the carrots, apple, and tangerine, then added the berries and ice and blendered. I also added some ground flax seed to the mix for extra fiber. It was very good, refreshingly tart, but sweet. This might be my new morning favorite :D Thanks for posting. Made for PRMR, August 2009.

OK, at first drink, I thought it was just OK. But this drink definitely grows on you! I was expecting a sweeter drink and this wasn't overly sweet. . .which doesn't make sense, as all the ingredients are sweet. . .possibly user error :) Gotta love the health factor here though!!! Made for Veg*n tag.
