  1. Squeeze liquid from grated cassava. Set aside. Beat eggs. Add sugar, salt and butter. Mix well. Stir in coconut milk, grated cassava and Pineapple. Pour into a greased 8" X 8" square pan.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 350oF for 55 minutes, or until light brown in color. Pour pure coconut milk on top. Bake for another 5 minutes, or until top becomes golden brown.
