- 1cook sausage or bacon to desired preparedness.
- 2drain drippings.
- 3add flour gradually to drippings and salt and pepper to taste in hot pan.
- 4brown to desired color.
- 5add milk until you get proper consistancy.
- 6bring to a boil and let set for a min then serve!
