- 1 small onion, chopped
- 226.79 g Polish sausage, diced
- 4.92 ml minced garlic clove
- 1182.95 ml chicken stock
- 236.59 ml picante sauce
- 473.18 ml o'brien frozen potatoes
directions
- Saute onion and diced sausage in soup kettle till onion is soft. Add garlic and cook another minute. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 hours.
