  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add onion, garlic, peas, and carrots.
  • Stir fry until tender. Crack eggs into pan and scramble, mixing throughout vegetables.
  • Add rice, and chicken to pan.
  • Stir in soy sauce and remove from heat.

  1. I made this yesterday and I have to say its awesome. I used mixed vegetables since that is what i had on hand. I also added water to the soy sauce to make it 1/2 a cup since I find soy sauce to be very powerful. thanks for the easy recipe.
