- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 3⁄4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 cup light brown sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 3⁄4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine oats, 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, flour, brown sugar, salt and baking soda.
- Add in 1/2 cup melted butter. Stir until crumbly.
- Press crumb mixture into a 8x11 baking pan. (A 9x9 baking dish should work just as well.).
- Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips and marshmallows over the hot crust.
- Combine 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs and 2 Tbsp melted butter.
- Sprinkle crumbs over the top of the marshmallows.
- Return to oven for 5-7 minutes or until marshmallows are puffy and starting to turn golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool completely before cutting.
