  1. I just finished making these. The batter was much to soft to roll into balls.....perhaps chilling time was left off the recipe? Not having the time to try chilling today, I put heaping teaspoons on parchment lined sheets and sprinkled sugar on top. Baked for 8 minutes. They turned out just fine and have that wonderful ...take me back to grandmas kitchen flavor! I will make them again.

I'm the Director of a small Ontario folk festival, a working artist, videographer, host, and jill-of-all-trades. I love good work, good friends, good wine, and good food. I'm currently self-employed, and really enjoying it. I like cooking, and especially baking from scratch. I tried making croissants for Christmas morning, and they worked beautifully!
