- 2 ounces low-fat berry yogurt, I use one tube of Stonyfield's Lowfat Organic Squeezers in the blackberry flavor. You can use whatev
- 1⁄2 banana, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup frozen mixed berries, I use a mix of blueberries, marionberries, and raspberries
- 1⁄2 cup water, if you prefer you smoothies to be thicker you can use less water
