My ten-year-old niece made this for me while I was visiting, and I was quite impressed! I immediately asked her for the recipe. :) This is a very simple, but very good smoothie recipe. I add a bit more cranberry juice because I prefer a less thick smoothie. I appreciate that I can control the amount of sugar I consume, depending on the type of cranberry juice. When I use a completely natural cranberry juice, I add honey or agave nectar. When I use a sweetened cranberry juice, I omit the addition of honey.

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
