- 1 1⁄2 cups nonfat milk
- 1 3⁄4 teaspoons sugar-free lemonade-flavored drink mix (such as crystal light)
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
directions
- Add the ingredients to your blender in the order listed. Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until fully blended. You can add 1 cup of ice cubes if you like your smoothies icy.

Made for Farmer's Market Tag. This was pretty good, but I found it a bit too tart so next time I will use less sugar free lemonade mix. Also, it was not quite as thick as I normally like my smoothies, but that is easy to fix ~ use less milk or more yogurt. Great for an on the go breakfast. Thanks for posting this ladypit!

Loved this! It is just like my regular breakfast smoothie but with the addition of the lemonade crystals... Brilliant! I did use a bit less of the lemonade powder and used vanilla low-fat yogurt (instead of the plain w/ the vanilla extract), but i don't think it changed the recipe any!!! Thanks for sharing ladypit!

I had some frozen blueberries that I was wanting to use up and so I decided to make this lovely smoothie! It was very good! I followed Paula G's advice and only used a teaspoon of the drink mix, as I don't love things that are tart. This was sweet enough and had a wonderful flavor! It made a great breakfast :) Thank you!
