This is my favorite smoothie to make at home! Cool, Healthy, Hearty, and Refreshing!
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.)
- 4 ounces low-fat blueberry yogurt
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- Add all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- For a thicker drink add 2-3 ice cubes.
