I learned this from a friend of mine. It's really simple, so I'm not sure if she created it or not. But it makes for a really healthy dessert or snack!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Pour milk and berries into glass.
  2. Let berries soak in milk until fully or partially thawed.
  3. Mash berries up until fully mixed.
  4. Enjoy!
