- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen
- 1 cup strawberries or 1 cup raspberries, frozen
- 1⁄4 cup Equal sugar substitute
directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.

EXCELLENT!!!!! Made this this afternoon for a cooling lunch in a glass(liquid lunch). I made 1 serving(halved the recipe). Loved every sip! I used 1/2 cup fresh orange juice, 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt, 1 1/4 tsps. sugar, 1/2 a banana and 1/2 cup fresh strawberries(chopped). Really good smoothie and I wish more people would try this. Serving this chilled in the summers would be a real treat for little kids:) Thank You so much for sharing. This one's a real keeper and will be a regular with me.
